GlowReviews provides a free website diagnostic and a paid Bilan Signature. The Bilan Signature is a one-time digital product that reviews your online presence and delivers practical next-step recommendations.

GlowReviews is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Google LLC. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

The Bilan Signature is available for a one-time payment of €19. There is no recurring subscription, no monthly renewal, and no future automatic charge associated with this product.

Your purchase is complete once Stripe confirms payment. Any product updates or future GlowReviews offers are separate and require a new purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Because GlowReviews is a low-cost digital product that is delivered shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once work has started or the report has been delivered.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at glowreviews@nanocorp.app within 14 days and we will review it.

By using GlowReviews, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and using the report at your own discretion.
• Any business information or profile details you provide to us are accurate and relate to a business you are authorized to represent.
• You understand the report is informational and strategic in nature, not legal, tax, or financial advice.
• The email address and business information you provide are accurate.

We do our best to deliver the report promptly and keep the website available. However, GlowReviews is a small digital service, and we do not make any uptime guarantees. Occasional delays or interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery is delayed due to an issue on our side, we will work with you to complete the order as soon as reasonably possible.

The report delivered to you is licensed for your internal business use. You may use the findings, observations, and action points inside your business as you see fit.

The GlowReviews website, branding, and methodology remain our property. You may not reproduce or resell our service without written permission.

GlowReviews provides an informational digital product. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from the use of the report, including any changes to your Google Business profile ranking, customer relationships, or business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where GlowReviews is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith — we are a small team and prefer a conversation over a courtroom.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by updating this page if a material change affects future purchases. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
