GlowReviews (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a service that sells a one-time beauty business report focused on your Google reputation and local visibility. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

When you purchase or request a GlowReviews report, we may collect the following information:

• Email address — to deliver your report and service communications.
• Business name — to personalise the report.
• Google Business profile URL — to identify the profile or listing we should review.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

We do not collect any other personal information unless you contact us directly (e.g. by email), in which case we may retain the content of your message to respond to your enquiry.

We use the data we collect solely to provide the GlowReviews service:

• To prepare and deliver your beauty business report.
• To process your one-time payment via Stripe.
• To send essential service communications (e.g. billing confirmations, delivery updates, policy updates).

We will never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the service.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly as necessary to operate GlowReviews:

• Stripe— for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the data they handle.
• Our email infrastructure provider — to deliver your report and service emails.

We retain your personal data for as long as needed to deliver your report, provide support, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. If you request deletion, we will remove data we are not legally required to retain within 30 days.

GlowReviews uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function and for basic analytics (page-view counts). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
